The Candidates

This group proposes two candidates for election as non-executive directors: Louis DiNardo, whom the group would support for appointment by the Board as Chairman, and Kevin D. Johnson.

Shareholders elect directors; the Board chooses its Chairman. If elected, the candidates would join the three continuing directors: Sean Hehir (CEO), Peter van der Made (founder) and Geoffrey Carrick.
