This website is operated by Steve Liebeskind and Neil Rinaldi, referred to on this site as renewBRN. We are independent BrainChip Holdings Ltd (ASX: BRN) shareholders. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of BrainChip Holdings Ltd.

What we collect
When you fill in the form on this site, we collect:
Your first and last name
Your email address
Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
Your approximate shareholding, if you choose to provide it
Phone number and shareholding are optional. You can register for updates with just your name and email.
Like most websites, our hosting platform also collects standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited. See Cookies and analytics below.
Where your details come from
Most of the details we hold come directly from you, through the form on this site. In addition, some contact details were obtained from BrainChip’s register of members, which the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) allows members to access for purposes connected with exercising their rights as members (section 173). Section 177 of that Act restricts how information obtained from the register may be used. We use register-derived details only for purposes connected with this meeting requisition and any associated proxy solicitation, consistent with that restriction, and not for any other purpose.

If you provide your approximate shareholding, we use it only to gauge the overall level of shareholder support for this campaign, including in connection with the shareholding thresholds that apply to a meeting requisition of this kind under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). We do not use your shareholding, or any other detail you provide through this form, to solicit your individual proxy or vote. Any proxy solicitation materials are made available to shareholders generally, not targeted using these details.
We will not use your details for any purpose unrelated to this campaign, and we will never sell them.
Who can see your details
Your details are accessible only to the individual members of our group responsible for administering this campaign, and to the service providers described below. They are not shared with anyone else.
Your details are stored on the systems of our service providers, Squarespace (our website platform) and Google Workspace (our email provider). These providers store data on servers that may be located outside Australia, including in the United States, and handle it under their own privacy policies. Once your details leave Australia, they may not receive the same level of protection under Australian privacy law.
We do not share your details with BrainChip Holdings Ltd.
How we protect your details
We take reasonable steps to protect the details we hold, including limiting access to the campaign members who need it and relying on the security measures provided by Squarespace and Google Workspace. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we aim to protect your details against misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for the duration of this campaign. Unless you ask to remain on our list, we will delete your details within 90 days of the campaign concluding.

These choices apply whether your details were provided directly by you or obtained from BrainChip’s register of members.

If something goes wrong
If we become aware that your details have been accessed or disclosed without authorisation in a way likely to cause you harm, we will take reasonable steps to contain it and will notify affected individuals and, where required, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Cookies and analytics
This site runs on Squarespace, which uses a small number of cookies necessary for the site to function, and standard analytics that show us aggregate visitor numbers. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
