Since 2022, BrainChip's Chairman and CEO have given shareholders confident statements at every AGM. This site sets out what was said, on the record, against what the company's own AGM addresses, ASX filings and financial statements show. No private information. Nothing you couldn't look up yourself.

From Steve Liebeskind and Neil Rinaldi

BrainChip has world-class technology and talented people. We believe the results delivered to shareholders have not matched that potential, and that renewal at Board level is needed.

Since our lawyers' letter of 18 August 2026 and the company's lawyers' reply, we have had no formal communication with any BrainChip director or executive. As a result, we are considering formal action that would ask shareholders to remove three non-executive directors and elect two candidates as non-executive directors. Under the Corporations Act, shareholders holding at least 5% of the votes can require the directors to call a general meeting. Whether this step can be taken depends on the support of shareholders who together hold at least 5%; at this stage it is being considered, not decided. We remain open to direct dialogue with the Board.

This is not a call to change management, staff or Peter van der Made, who is excluded from this action. It concerns three non-executive Board seats only.

Everything on this site is drawn from public sources: the company's annual reports, ASX announcements, AGM addresses, press releases and, in some cases, its social media posts, cited by date so you can check each one yourself. We ask one thing. Read the record, then make up your own mind.
